Architectural Workshop
Architectural Workshop, Inc. is the design studio of Richard A. Schramm,
Architect located at 7540 Stadium Drive, Kalamazoo, MI 49009. This historic
farmhouse was built in 1857, carefully restored for use by the architect in
1990 and is designated a "Michigan Historic Site", and is listed on the
"National Register of Historic Places" by the National Park Service.
Design Approach:
We believe that "Architecture is the Art of Building".
We approach our projects with the understanding that good design adds
functional efficiency and esthetic quality to your building providing more
value at a lower cost.
CAD & BIM Techniques:
In addition to our pencil and paper skills we can utilize "Computer Aided
Design" (CAD), "Building Information Modeling" (BIM), & 3-D techniques
including the latest versions of "REVIT" & "AutoCAD" software. We can provide
computer documentation of your project, 3-D models, walk-thru presentations,
perspective sketches, and photo realistic illustrations of our projects.
